Death, Taxes and Change

We have heard that the only things in life that are certain are Death and Taxes. I would add “change” into that category.

Life can unexpectantly change in a second. We never know what’s around the corner. We can make plans and have hopes and dreams but we just simply don’t know what is in store for us.

Life truly is short and we can see days just going past so quickly. If something is important to say or do, don’t leave it thinking you have all the time in the world. Don’t miss the opportunity leaving you with no regrets.

When life changes, it can really throw us, but it’s okay to ask for some help. A little reassurance that you have not lost your mind, that you will love and laugh again and, that this overwhelming feeling of sadness will eventually dissipate, can go a long way to restoring your faith in life and, in yourself.
