It helped me focus on issues that were important had quieted the mental confusion.

Thank you Lesia. You saved my life.

When is it Time for you to

Turn the Page?

You know it’s time to Turn The Page when you experience at least one of these scenarios:

  • you have repetitive moments of feeling numb

  • you are having difficulty in some relationships (family, friends or others) but not sure what the problem is

  • you find it easier to isolate than participate in life

  • you have stopped doing things you used to enjoy

  • you feel like you have lost control

  • you have a constant presence of hurt, loneliness, disillusionment or even anger

  • you know you want more but don’t even know what that looks like

  • you feel simply adrift like you are in the middle of a lake in a canoe without a paddle

  • every conversation leads back to the loss you experienced keeping you stuck in memory

  • you are simply putting one foot in front of the other in auto-mode

  • it’s so overwhelming to think about what to do now that you don’t even know where to start

  • “why bother” crosses your mind a little too often

If things are too muddled or foggy,

it may be time for you to Turn the Page.
